HR Generalist

The responsibilities of an HR generalist usually include the following:

Offering services related to Human Resources.

Acquiring talent for the company.

Handling employee compensation and processing.

Managing records.

Developing and training new employees.

Ensuring compliance with various regulations.

Analyzing, collecting, and organizing firm-wide information.

Improving employee and management performance.

Clarifying and solving said problems.

Identifying workplace issues and problems.

Clarifying project objectives.

Completing a wide variety of special projects.

Conducting various research.

Complying with local, state, and federal law.

Keeping company information private and confidential.

Staying updated with the recent goings-on in the field.

Handling company advertisements and some publicity.

Conducting interviews.

You will be working from our Coimbatore office on any Flexi schedule demanded by the Company Eg: Break shift : 4 hours in the morning/4 hours at night (EST/PST timing)Straight shift : PM IST- AM IST:,

You would be handling the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of resources or any additional work assigned to you by the Company for the Coimbatore office.

You would be responsible for handling multiple HR Tasks, including but not limited to, Onboarding / offboarding, attendance and leaves of the staffs etc. for Company
