we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hr generalist to join our team. as an hr generalist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration. this is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and contribute to a meaningful cause.
responsibilities:
manage recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration
develop and implement hr strategies and policies
foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction
find good candidates, provide training and support, and submit monthly reports
working hours:
2 hours/day, excluding 30 minutes before and after each obligatory 5 prayers
