Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and contribute to a meaningful cause.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

Foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction

Find good candidates, provide training and support, and submit monthly reports

Working Hours:

2 hours/day, excluding 30 minutes before and after each obligatory 5 prayers

Flexible work arrangements, with the option to work from home

Fridays: special day with breaks during the day and afternoon, with optional night work

Sundays: optional, choose to take the day off or work voluntarily
