requirement from client till joining of candidates.
● screening and short-listing profiles as per requirements at the
initial level.
● identifying the potential candidates matching the client’s
requirement.
● sourcing profiles from job portals.
● salary negotiation and coordination with selected candidates
● scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with clients.
● maintaining details of candidates for our record purpose.
● recruiter need to ready to work on perm and contract position
● good understanding of technical skills.
● check out whether the candidate is comfortable in the new
organisation.
● must be able to successfully manage, priorities and close searches
against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks.
