â— Must have good knowledge in various sourcing channels including.
â— Good communication skills: verbal & written.
â— Handling end to end recruitment process starting from receiving
requirement from client till joining of candidates.
â— Screening and Short-listing profiles as per requirements at the
initial level.
◠Identifying the potential candidates matching the client’s
requirement.
â— Sourcing profiles from job portals.
â— Salary negotiation and coordination with selected candidates
â— Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with clients.
â— Maintaining details of candidates for our record purpose.
â— Recruiter need to ready to work on Perm and contract position
â— Good understanding of technical skills.
â— Check out whether the candidate is comfortable in the new
organisation.
â— Must be able to successfully manage, priorities and close searches
against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks.
â— Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.
