● Must have good knowledge in various sourcing channels including.
● Good communication skills: verbal & written.
● Handling end to end recruitment process starting from receiving
requirement from client till joining of candidates.
● Screening and Short-listing profiles as per requirements at the
initial level.
● Identifying the potential candidates matching the client’s
requirement.
● Sourcing profiles from job portals.
● Salary negotiation and coordination with selected candidates
● Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with clients.
● Maintaining details of candidates for our record purpose.
● Recruiter need to ready to work on Perm and contract position
● Good understanding of technical skills.
● Check out whether the candidate is comfortable in the new
organisation.
● Must be able to successfully manage, priorities and close searches
against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks.
● Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.
