hirewala is seeking a dedicated and efficient recruitment executive to join our hr team. based in the vibrant surroundings of wave galleria in wave city, ghaziabad, this role is ideal for someone with a solid background in recruitment, ready to take on challenges and bring dynamic solutions to our hiring processes.

key responsibilities:

job postings & descriptions: draft and post accurate job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates.

recruitment cycle management: manage the entire recruitment process, including job requisition collection, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews (phone, video, and in-person), making offers, and overseeing the onboarding process until the candidate joins.

data management: create and maintain your candidate database and develop a reliable network of potential hires. you will also receive additional support with access to major job portals like .

candidate interaction: maintain excellent communication, interpersonal, and candidate management throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

record keeping: maintain meticulous records of all recruitment activities using ms office tools (excel, word, outlook).

proven experience: demonstrated ability in handling end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently with a track record of successful placements.
