position- sr. executive / am - talent acquisition
note:- must have experience in bfsi recruitment.
roles and responsibilities:-
- managing recruitment / speaking to clients
-understanding client requirements and organization with regard to their existing business activities.
-sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources. screening the profiles, conducting a telephonic interview.
-evaluating candidates based on their communication, experience, technical skills, attitude, etc.
-shortlist candidates and recommend them to clients.
-generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.
-lining up the candidates.
-keeping track of the candidates selected, -developing a rapport with the candidates & clients.
salary negotiation, follow up till the date of joining, closing the positions taking references from the candidates.
it would be 5 days working & remote job #fulltime
key skills:
*the candidate should have excellent communication skills.
*have to be sharp, hardworking, and target oriented.
*have to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
*ability to confidently source and approach new prospects.
infrastructure needed:
-reliable pc/ laptop
-broadband internet connection
work timings:-
regular day shift (9 am to 6 pm)
