Position: - HR Executive (only female candidates preferred)

Experience: - Fresher and experienced both can apply.

Education: - MBA HR

Key Responsibilities: -

Candidate should be confident, ingenious, optimistic and should be proficient in English Communication.

Should be well versed in Letter Drafting, Email Drafting, Social Media Marketing, MOM drafting, Interacting with clients effectively.

Help With Screening, recruiting, and interviewing of potential candidates.

Draw up plans for future personnel hiring goals and procedures.

Organizing new employees orientation, on boarding, and training programs.

Perform Criminal background check required by the company.

Reviewing Procedures for employee safety, welfare, health and wellness.

Requirements: -

Masters in Human Resource, Business or any other related Field.

Knowledge about Human Resources Information System.

Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Knowledge about employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee retentions, and labor laws.

Additional Skills: -

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Excellent interpersonal relationship building, teamwork, and employee coaching skills.
