Urgently Hiring for Sr. Hr Executive.

Experience- 2-3 Years Of HR, with a focus on recruitment, preferably in the Civil engineering industry.

Education- Bachlor / PG.

Responsibilities:-

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions within the Civil engineering department.

Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and job postings.

Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.

Participate in candidate selection decisions and extend job offers to selected candidates.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Provide general HR support to the organization, including employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Utilize your knowledge of Civil engineering to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
