Recruitment & Resourcing:

Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Experience in resume search in portals like Naukri, Monster, Times...

Induction and orientation of new joiners.

To maintain records of existing and exit employees.

Screening and short listing profiles and fixing/arranging the interview with the seniors.

Taking Interviews

Complete the Joining formalities.

Compensation & Benefits / Payroll Management:

Preparation of Payroll for employees.

Generating a monthly salary for the employees.

Making a salary structure for new joiners.

Issuing payslips every month.

Handling salary-related issues.

Performance Management

Monitor daily attendance.

Investigate and understand the causes of staff absences.

Provide basic counselling to staff who have performance-related obstacles.

Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.

Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff's absence has been adequately covered to ensure continuity of services.
