delegating tasks to team members.

conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

conducting quarterly performance reviews.

contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

requirements:

minimum of 2 years experience as tl in bpo.

good leadership skills

on-the-job training.

excellent communication skills.

confidence and skillful negotiating skills.

strong organizational skills to give the team direction.

position 2: human resource( hr generalist )

qualifications:

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, or related area

1+ years' of experience working in human resources specifically hiring in call centers (bpo)

strong interpersonal and communication skills

responsibilities

assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

employee payroll management

provide support to employees in various hr-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

undertake tasks around performance management

maintain attendance, employee files and records

ensure compliance with labor regulations

ability to multitask
