main responsibilities include:

· sourcing from job portals like naukri, linkedin, etc.

· headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.

· should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle .

screening to onboarding

· conducting interviews and maintaining track of each candidate

other responsibilities will include

· liaising with existing employees, executing human resource

programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits,

and leave; performance and talent management; recognition;

health and safety; and training and development.

· statutory compliances knowledge employee database

. management, issuance of various letters, performance review

& management, training & development activities, employee engagement activities
