• providing relevant forms and information to new employees and assisting in completion of the forms etc.
• assisting in up-dation and maintain employee information into system and personnel files.
• generate monthly reports for review of hr head.
• assisting in managing employee attendance, leave etc.
• ensure completion of documents in personnel files from joining to exit.
• monitoring the staff during the coming and outgoing at the gate.
• assistance in management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record / analysis etc.)
• ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate.
• assistance in conducting an orientation program for all newly hired employees.
• ensure proper attendance of staff.
• maintain diary, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders.
• assists in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.
• housekeeping, safety & facility management.
• assist hr with the candidate interview.
• assistance in celebrating employee birthdays.
• assistance in managing monthly birthday and anniversary records and send greetings accordingly.
