Assistance in recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement etc.
Collection of documents from the new employee as per the provided check-list.
Providing relevant forms and information to new employees and assisting in completion of the forms etc.
Assisting in up-dation and maintain employee information into System and personnel files.
Generate monthly reports for review of HR Head.
Assisting in managing employee attendance, leave etc.
Ensure completion of documents in personnel files from joining to exit.
Monitoring the staff during the coming and outgoing at the gate.
Assistance in management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record / analysis etc.)
Ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate.
Assistance in conducting an orientation program for all newly hired employees.
Ensure proper attendance of staff.
Maintain diary, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders.
Assists in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.

Assist HR with the candidate interview.
Assistance in Celebrating employee birthdays.
Assistance in managing monthly birthday and anniversary records and send greetings accordingly.
