Position Overview:
As an HR Professional in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition and performance management processes. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment efforts to attract top talent, and the creation and maintenance of comprehensive job descriptions, KRAs, and KPIs for our existing team members across different business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates for various job roles within the company.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and conduct effective interviews.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
4. Maintain a strong employer brand and cultivate relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies.
Job Descriptions:
1. Create and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
2. Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific needs and translate them into comprehensive job profiles.
3. Ensure that job descriptions are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
KRAs and KPIs:
1. Work with department heads to define clear and measurable Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members.
2. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with department and company objectives.
