*. Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proper KYC documentation of all employees at the time of joining.
• Maintain updated employee personal files (physical & digital).
• Issue Appointment Letters on time and keep filing copies.
• Ensure proper data entry of employee as per KYC.
• Conduct timely employee induction sessions.
• Provide clear explanation and training regarding salary breakup and payroll structure.
• Educate employees about company policies and HR procedures.
• Arrange driver and staff training programs.
• Keep training documentation audit-ready.
• Maintain and update company asset list assigned to employees.
• Manage proper entry-to-exit process of employees.
3. Required Skills
• Strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Good knowledge of HR processes.
