We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Karur, India. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources and hold a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Selection**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the best talent is brought into the organization.
2. **Employee Onboarding**: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to integrate smoothly into the company culture.
3. **Performance Management**: Assist in designing and implementing performance evaluation systems, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews, and supporting employees in setting career development goals.
4. **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
5. **HR Policy Implementation**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in updating and communicating HR policies to maintain a fair work environment.
