Urgent Opening: HR Executive
Location: Talasari
Salary Rs 35,000/- PM; depends upon the Interview and Experience
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for factory employees.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues promptly.
Ensure employees feel comfortable, supported, and motivated.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee inductions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Work closely with management to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Foster a safe, disciplined, and positive workplace culture.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Ability to resolve conflicts with patience and professionalism.
Good knowledge of labour laws, attendance management, and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
