Prepare and submit various reports and database as guided by management.

Maintain stable relations with top management and bottom management.

Taking care of the official usage of the printers and photocopy machine.

Purchase of the stationary and refreshment for the office.

Maintenance of the cartridge and toner of printer.

Take care of IT, Internet complain, electric, lighting and plumber related problem.
