Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd. As a HR & Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, maintaining accurate personnel records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in HR and payroll coordination, preferably in a similar industry

Knowledge of payroll processing software and HRIS systems

Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews

Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing employee training programs, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
