job description:

position - senior hr consultant

experience - 2 to 5 years into end-to-end it/tech hiring

location - noida sector 63

shift timing - 9:00am - 6:30pm

shift working days - 5 days working (saturday and sunday fixed off)

roles & responsibilities:

efficiency in-

• head mapping and industry research.

• sourcing the potential candidates using various job portals (naukri / linkedin / times job), existing database, professional sites, head hunting, job postings and mass-mail.

•sourcing, screening & shortlisting of candidates by initial cv review, telephonic interviews and face to face interviews. handling the entire joining process of the candidates.

• understand and analyze overall in-house needs and requirements (description, salary, expectations, etc.).

• with use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the screened candidates

• coordination with all the in-house hiring managers and project managers.

• reference check of the candidates.

• regular follow-up with candidates and managing a healthy pipeline.

• scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews.

• maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within internal database.

• end to end coordination from hrd and candidate side.

for team lead –

• handle a team of executives and hr associates

• requirement gathering as per the process requirements

• daily lineups and closure timelines

• documentations and onboardings

• other related tasks guided by the hr managers.
