We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance, ensure adherence to labour laws, and maintain HR policies and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

Manage PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain HR compliance records, registers, and documentation.

Monitor changes in labour legislation and update internal policies accordingly.

Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

Work with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely filings.

Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
