Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR Assistant to support daily HR operations including documentation, attendance, data entry, and employee coordination. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records both manually and digitally
Assist in new employee onboarding documentation
Track daily attendance and update leave records
Support in preparing employee ID cards, letters, and basic HR documents
Coordinate with front office and accounts for inter-departmental HR needs
Handle filing of physical documents and maintain proper record systems
Provide administrative support in scheduling interviews and meetings
Support HR Manager in various day-to-day tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Any Degree (preferably BBA, , or related field)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
