Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
- Screening the candidate, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- The onboarding process for new joiners ensures a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, completing all documentation and background verification.
- Maintain employee records, documents, and contracts organized and up-to-date.
- Track employee attendance and leave records.
- Provide general administrative support by managing company expense reports and petty cash.;
