Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and salary negotiation.- Screening the candidate, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.- The onboarding process for new joiners ensures a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, completing all documentation and background verification.- Maintain employee records, documents, and contracts organized and up-to-date.- Track employee attendance and leave records.- Provide general administrative support by managing company expense reports and petty cash.;
