Key Responsibilities:- Human Resources:

- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts- Administration:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities

- Provide administrative support to senior management

Requirements:- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles- Skills:

- ms office skilled required and leadership quality.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software

Industry-Specific Requirements:- Retail Industry:

- Experience in managing HR functions in a retail setting
