Key Responsibilities
Data & Record Management
Employee Lifecycle Documentation: Maintaining and updating physical and digital folders for all employees (Offer letters, PAN/Aadhaar, increment letters).
HRIS Management: Regularly updating the Human Resource Information System (like Zoho People, GreytHR, or Excel) with new hire data or exits.
Statutory Compliance & Payroll Support
Attendance Tracking: Downloading daily biometric reports and reconciling mismatches or missed punches.
Compliance Filing: Assisting in preparing monthly reports for PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and Professional Tax.
Leave Management: Verifying leave balances before the monthly payroll cycle begins.
Office & Facility Administration
Vendor Management: Coordinating with agencies for security, housekeeping, and cafeteria services.
Asset Tracking: Issuing and tracking company property like ID cards, laptops, and uniforms.
Travel & Expense: Booking hotels/transport for staff and auditing monthly reimbursement claims.
