Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings and help screen candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documents.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking.
Help organize training sessions and team activities.
Address basic employee queries and concerns.
Ensure HR policies are followed in the office.
Assist in performance review processes.
Coordinate with different teams for HR-related tasks.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to manage time and stay organized.
Understanding of HR functions is a plus.
Qualification:
Masters degree (any field, HR preferred).
0–2 years of experience in HR admin roles.
