Housekeeping Supervisor

Need to provide complete satisfaction to our guests for hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of rooms. You will be responsible to train staff members under your team and ensure that rooms and common areas are regularly cleaned and maintained. You should possess team management and leadership skills.

Make sure the rooms and stairways are regularly cleaned, Respond to customer complaints and queries, Keep inventory of cleaning products and restock when necessary. Manage staff and their shifts and availability. Evaluate housekeeping staff. Proven experience of working as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Hotel or Hospitality industry.

Proficient knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals. Physically active and healthy. At least 3 years supervisory experience in house keeping. Should know both English and Hindi
