Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service. Your focus will be on maintaining the quality and efficiency of housekeeping tasks while leading and guiding your team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Housekeeping Staff:** Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure they follow cleaning procedures and maintain high standards of service.

- **Inspect Rooms and Common Areas:** Regularly check the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.

- **Manage Inventory and Supplies:** Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure the housekeeping team is well-equipped.

- **Schedule Work Assignments:** Create and manage daily work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.

- **Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards:** Educate the team on safety and hygiene practices in the workplace, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.

- **Respond to Guest Requests:** Handle guest inquiries or requests regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of a , , or degree. A background in hospitality or prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
