job description:

as a housekeeper at the altruist hotels, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a high standard of hygiene across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. your contribution will be critical to creating a welcoming and spotless environment that reflects our commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.

key responsibilities:

- clean and tidy guest rooms, corridors, and common areas

- change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities

- dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms

- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

- handle guest requests professionally and courteously

- ensure proper use and storage of housekeeping equipment and supplies

- adhere to hygiene, health, and safety protocols at all times

- maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy
