Job Description

cleaning rooms: clean rooms before a new guest arrives and after a guest leaves. this includes making beds, replacing towels and linens, and restocking amenities.

maintaining supplies: keep an inventory of house keeping supplies and restock them as needed.

reporting issues: report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, and broken appliances to the maintenance department.

following regulations: follow health and safety regulations and respect guest privacy.

responding to guests: respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

laundry: give wash towels, linens and other if any apparels for laundry service.

other responsibilities of a resort housekeeper include: emptying trash bins, picking up and returning valet laundry items, organizing and stocking housekeeping carts, and upholding the hotel's confidentiality and security standards.
