Housekeeping Attendant - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Anjuna, Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness and comfort in our facilities, providing a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Sanitation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust and dirt. Regularly sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.

2. Laundry Management: Manage laundry responsibilities by washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, while ensuring that all items are maintained in good condition.

3. Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when stock is low or if items need replacement.

4. Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to fulfill special requests, report maintenance issues, and ensure their satisfaction with the cleanliness of their accommodations.

5. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a healthy environment for both guests and staff.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a diploma and have 2 to 4 years of relevant housekeeping experience. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate good time management skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication abilities.
