We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Hotel Waiter to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, making them a perfect fit for our vibrant hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Guests: Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to.

- Taking Orders: Listen carefully to guests’ food and beverage preferences, accurately recording their orders for efficient service.

- Serving Food and Drinks: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that meets our standards.

- Clearing Tables: Clear and clean tables promptly once guests have finished, maintaining a tidy dining area.

- Assisting with Menu Queries: Answer guests' questions regarding menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions, offering recommendations if needed.

- Cooperating with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the smooth flow of service during busy hours.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum education of 12th grade is needed, with experience in hospitality preferred but not required.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
