**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Greeting Guests:** Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to.

- **Taking Orders:** Listen carefully to guests’ food and beverage preferences, accurately recording their orders for efficient service.

- **Serving Food and Drinks:** Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that meets our standards.

- **Clearing Tables:** Clear and clean tables promptly once guests have finished, maintaining a tidy dining area.

- **Assisting with Menu Queries:** Answer guests' questions regarding menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions, offering recommendations if needed.

- **Cooperating with Kitchen Staff:** Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the smooth flow of service during busy hours.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A minimum education of 12th grade is needed, with experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
