# Hostel Manager - Job Description

We are looking for a responsible **Hostel Manager** to manage daily hostel operations and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for tenants.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room allocation.

* Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

* Handle tenant concerns and resolve complaints.

* Maintain hostel records and ensure rules are followed.

* Monitor cleanliness, safety, and discipline.

**Requirements:**

* **Freshers to 2 years of experience** in hostel/hotel management.

* Good communication and leadership skills.

* Responsible, organized, and tenant-friendly.

* Ability to handle emergencies and staff effectively.
