3. **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor their progress, and offer continuous support and encouragement throughout the process.
4. **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and track their situations to provide the best possible support.
5. **Collaboration**: Work with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients, sharing information and insights.
