Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive information about various home loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.

Guide clients through the application process, assisting with the collection and verification of necessary documents.

Analyze client financial profiles to determine their eligibility for different home loan products.

Recommend suitable home loan options based on the client's requirements and financial capabilities.

Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients.

Stay updated with market trends and changes in home loan policies and regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the home loan industry, with a deep understanding of home loan products, processes, and documentation requirements.

Strong knowledge of the real estate market, interest rates, and lending practices.

Ability to analyze financial information and assess client eligibility for home loans.
