Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales revenue. This position includes a structured hiring and selection process, with the potential for a full-time offer based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Successfully negotiate and close deals.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of sales success.
