key responsibilities:

machine operation:

operate dumper trucks and pay-loaders for the transportation and loading of materials such as soil, gravel, solid waste, and construction debris.

transport and loading:

safely transport materials to and from job sites according to project requirements.

load and unload materials efficiently and accurately using pay-loaders.

safety and compliance:

adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.

maintenance and care:

perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as checking fluid levels, lubricating parts, and cleaning.

emergency response:

assist with emergency situations as required, including the safe evacuation of equipment or materials if necessary.

qualifications:

high school diploma or equivalent.

valid commercial drivers license (cdl) or equivalent certification.

proven experience operating dumper trucks and pay-loaders, preferably in a construction or mining environment.
