*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Health Insurance Executive to handle customer queries, claims processing, and policy servicing in a BPO environment. This role requires strong communication skills, process accuracy, and a good understanding of health insurance products and claims.

Key Responsibilities*

* Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to health insurance policies.

* Provide accurate information on policy benefits, claims, and renewals.

* Assist customers with claim filing, documentation, and servicing requests.

* Coordinate with underwriters and insurance partners.

* Update and maintain accurate policy records in CRM systems.

* Follow up to ensure timely closure of customer queries.

* Maintain compliance with process, quality, and SLA standards.

*Requirements*

✅ 2–3 years’ experience in a health insurance process (voice) in a BPO.

✅ Strong knowledge of health insurance terms, products, and claim processes.

✅ Excellent communication skills in English (regional language a plus).

✅ Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and policy management software.

✅ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.

✅ Graduate / HSC qualified.
