The role requires strong academic leadership, subject expertise, and the ability to drive curriculum planning, faculty coordination, and student performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Chemistry department for IIT-JEE & NEET (PCB) programsDeliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for Class 11 & 12 studentsDesign and structure the academic curriculum aligned with exam patternsSupervise and mentor junior faculty and academic staffConduct advanced doubt-solving sessions and revision classesOversee preparation of assignments, DPPs (daily practice problems), and test papersAnalyze student performance and implement improvement strategiesEnsure consistency in teaching quality and academic deliveryCollaborate with management on academic planning and executionRequirements:5-8 years of experience in IIT-JEE/NEET Chemistry coachingshould be capable of teaching the full Chemistry syllabus (Class 11 & 12 - NEET/JEE)Proven experience in handling batches independentlyExcellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skillsAbility to drive results and improve student outcomesStructured and disciplined approach to teachingPreferred:Experience as Head/Senior Faculty in reputed coaching institutesExposure to structured academic systems and large batch handlingStrong track record of student results in IIT-JEE/NEETWork Location: In person
