We are looking for a Head of Chemistry to lead the Chemistry department for IIT-JEE and NEET (PCB) batches (Class 11 & 12). The role requires strong academic leadership, subject expertise, and the ability to drive curriculum planning, faculty coordination, and student performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Chemistry department for IIT-JEE & NEET (PCB) programs

Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for Class 11 & 12 students

Design and structure the academic curriculum aligned with exam patterns

Supervise and mentor junior faculty and academic staff

Conduct advanced doubt-solving sessions and revision classes

Oversee preparation of assignments, DPPs (daily practice problems), and test papers

Analyze student performance and implement improvement strategies

Ensure consistency in teaching quality and academic delivery

Collaborate with management on academic planning and execution

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in IIT-JEE/NEET Chemistry coaching

should be capable of teaching the full Chemistry syllabus (Class 11 & 12 - NEET/JEE)

Proven experience in handling batches independently

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Ability to drive results and improve student outcomes

Structured and disciplined approach to teaching

Preferred:

Experience as Head/Senior Faculty in reputed coaching institutes

Exposure to structured academic systems and large batch handling

Strong track record of student results in IIT-JEE/NEET
