education and experience
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management, or related major;
• 5 years experience as a head chef.
• 5 years experience as a sous chef in high end restaurants or abroad.
• practical knowledge of various computer programs (ms office, restaurant management software, pos)
