Head Accounts - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Head Accounts professional to lead our accounting department. This role is based in Gomti Nagar Vistar, Lucknow, and requires 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. As a graduate, you will oversee the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

2. Team Management: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance performance and professional growth.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, performing financial analysis to provide insights for strategic planning.

4. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and adherence to tax regulations, minimizing liabilities and risks.

5. Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and implement necessary recommendations.
