2. Should have knowledge of OS installation or troubleshooting at the user end.
3. Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and basic networking parts
4. Installation of antivirus and configuration of RDP, firewalls, and network ports.
5. Installation of MS Office and Outlook configuration and email backup.
6. Windows server active directory user management and permissions knowledge.
7. Basic Linux operating system knowledge.
8. Maintain and monitor IT assets and coordinate with vendors by email and phone.
In addition, should have an eagerness to learn about the telecom dialer and PBX.
