*key responsibilities:*

~maintain discipline & control at site among engineers, supervisors, and workers

~monitor and check site engineers’ work discipline & reporting

~ensure compliance with company rules, safety standards, and site regulations

~act as a bridge between management and site team for smooth operations

~handle administrative duties and support site-related documentation when required

*requirements:*

~ex-army / ex-defense personnel

~strong leadership, bold personality, and ability to command site discipline

~physically fit, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
