Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive/Officer to manage patient and visitor interaction and ensure a smooth, positive experience within the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and attendants in a polite and professional manner
Guide patients regarding OPD, IPD, billing, appointments, and hospital services
Handle patient queries, concerns, and complaints empathetically
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments
Maintain patient feedback and follow-up records
Assist patients during admission and discharge process
Ensure patient satisfaction and service quality standards
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Pleasant personality with caring and patient-friendly attitude
Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Hospital software/CRM if any)
Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Eligibility:
Graduate (any stream)
Diploma/Degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred
Freshers can apply
Prior experience in hospital/clinic/front office/customer service is an advantage
