we are looking for an outstanding guest relations manager who is passionate about turning moments into memories for our guests and ensuring that they have an exceptional guest experience.
1-respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
2-respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
3-expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires
4-actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints
5-oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (vips, sas etc.)
6-coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
7-promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
8-examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily
requirements:
1-proven working experience as guest relations manager
2-working experience in hospitality
3-familiarity and interest in industry’s latest trends
4-hands on experience with guest relationship management software
5-proficiency in english, multilingualism will be considered an asset
6-excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
7-ability to work flexible hours
8-highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
9-bs degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
