Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly during check-in and ensure smooth guest handling
Maintain excellent guest relations throughout the stay
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and front office teams for guest satisfaction
Assist guests with resort information, activities, and local guidance
Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer service
Follow up on guest feedback and maintain guest satisfaction records
Support front office operations whenever required
Maintain proper grooming, etiquette, and communication standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasing personality with professional grooming
Basic computer knowledge and coordination skills
Ability to handle guests politely and confidently
Flexible to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays
