Key Responsibilities

Passenger Assistance:

Help passengers during check-ins, boarding, and deplaning processes..

Baggage and Cargo Handling:

Oversee the check-in of baggage and cargo.

Operational Coordination:

Monitor and help maintain the operations of airport equipment and vehicles.

Safety and Security:

Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Documentation:

Maintain records and checklists as required by airline and airport authorities.

Skills and Requirements

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with passengers, crew, and peers.

Interpersonal Abilities:
