Hiring Fresher / Ground Staff / 10th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

- Baggage Handling: Safely manage and load passengers' baggage onto aircraft, ensuring timely delivery and proper care.

- Ticketing and Check-in: Assist in ticketing processes and checking in passengers at counters and kiosks.

- Safety and Security: Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for passengers, colleagues, and aircraft.

- Customer Service: Provide information and assistance to travelers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Required Skills and Expectations:
