Ground Staff - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Ground Staff at Airstriprealtech in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas

• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

• Check and verify travel documents, such as tickets and passports

• Assist passengers with boarding and deboarding procedures

• Conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage

• Ensure the safe and timely arrival and departure of flights

• Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient operations

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements:
