Freshers For Ground Staff - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting passengers: Help passengers with boarding, disembarking, and any other queries they may have during their time at the airport.

2. Baggage handling: Assist in handling passengers' luggage and ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft.

3. Security checks: Conduct security checks on passengers and their belongings to ensure safety and compliance with aviation regulations.

4. Aircraft cleaning: Help in cleaning the aircraft interiors, including seats, tray tables, and overhead compartments, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

5. Crowd control: Manage crowd flow at the airport terminal to ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process for passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.

- Basic knowledge of computer systems for processing passenger information.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in baggage handling and security checks.
