Ground Staff are responsible for handling all passenger services and operations at the airport on the ground. They ensure smooth functioning of airport activities such as check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and customer assistance.

๐งพ Passenger Handling
Assist passengers during check-in and boarding process
Verify passenger documents (tickets, ID, visa, passport)
Issue boarding passes and seat allocation
Handle special service requests (wheelchair, infants, elderly passengers)
๐ Baggage Handling
Weigh and tag baggage
Ensure compliance with airline baggage policies
Coordinate with cargo and baggage teams
Handle lost, delayed, or damaged baggage complaints
๐ข Customer Service
Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
Resolve passenger queries and complaints professionally
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
๐ซ Boarding & Departure
Announce boarding calls and assist passengers at gates
Check boarding passes and manage queues
Ensure smooth boarding and timely departure of flights
๐ฌ Arrival Duties
Assist arriving passengers
Coordinate with immigration and customs authorities
Guide passengers for baggage collection

Follow airport safety and security procedures
Report suspicious activities or unattended baggage
Coordinate with security staff

๐น Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

๐น Salary (India Approx.)
Fresher: โน20,000 - โน25,000 per month
Experienced: โน25,000 - โน45,000+ per month
